Mobility and Political Rights Enhancement for EU Citizens aims to address the issues facing mobile EU citizens, particularly those related to their rights to family reunification and political participation.

The ultimate goal is to improve the enforcement of EU citizens' rights by the EU institutions, raise EU citizens' awareness of their EU rights and engage national policy makers in discussing the obstacles facing mobile EU citizens.

The overall goal is to monitor and take stock of legal and political developments in the field of EU citizenship, including the right to free movement, political integration, access to health care and addressing homelessness among mobile EU citizens. The Observatory will publish and present its annual policy report at annual conferences and other relevant events.
