ENLAC consists of pre-existing non-profit organizations and/or legal clinics at the national level that can assist citizens in enforcing their European rights with national authorities. Any follow-up that requires legal or administrative intervention in a member state will be carried out in cooperation with the respective national partner. Moreover, national partners will be an important source of evidence for the difficult cases that the EU Rights Clinic will deal with.

By connecting NGOs, we hope to promote the exchange of knowledge across the EU. The network will facilitate the resolution of complex cases through cooperation across borders.
